Bryan Boswell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Wasco's Alfred Hinkle in the 6th minute got a chance for a shot 6th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fallbrook's goalie prevented a goal. Bryan Boswell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Benito Pearson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Rodney Madrid fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Wasco's protests and gave Rodney Madrid a yellow card for diving instead. Benito Pearson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bryan Boswell, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bryan Boswell in the 15th minute of play forced Wasco's goalkeeper Benito Pearson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Basil Schumacher's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benito Pearson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. In the 30thth minute of the game Bryan Boswell who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wasco's Benito Pearson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Basil Schumacher in the 32ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Benito Pearson, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Basil Schumacher struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Benito Pearson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fallbrook. After a defensive mix-up in Wasco's zone, Bryan Boswell stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Pearson came out of the goal and Bryan Boswell tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Curtis Myles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luke Lord in the 40th minute of play. Curtis Myles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfred Hinkle, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bryan Boswell in the 45th minute of play forced Wasco's goalkeeper Benito Pearson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Curtis Myles made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luke Lord in the 52nd minute. When Basil Schumacher came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Fallbrook fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Basil Schumacher couldn't finish the play. Luke Lord fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Curtis Myles having to interfere. Bryan Boswell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Luke Lord had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Curtis Myles stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alfred Hinkle's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. Curtis Myles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sonny Kent in the 72nd minute of play. Fallbrook's Bryan Boswell got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Benito Pearson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Basil Schumacher in the 79th minute of the match. After having played for 80 minutes, Bryan Boswell managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fallbrook's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bryan Boswell was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Benito Pearson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bryan Boswell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rodney Madrid hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Fallbrook's zone, Alfred Hinkle stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Curtis Myles came out of the goal and Alfred Hinkle tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Fallbrook getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Justin Newcomb hit a great ball. Luke Lord could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Curtis Myles made a huge save. Wasco's Benito Pearson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basil Schumacher in the 96th minute of play.
