Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Glens Falls North's Aldo Cooley started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Giovanni Chase made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aldo Cooley in the 7th minute of play. Jackson Dias hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. 19 minutes into the game, Aldo Cooley recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Giovanni Chase. Aldo Cooley showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Matt Fry managed to get in a good position for a shot. Glens Falls North's supporters rose to their feet, but Matt Fry was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Giovanni Chase breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Matt Fry succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 30th playminute. After having played for 38 minutes, Matt Fry managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Glens Falls North's supporters crossed their fingers, but Matt Fry was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Roscoe Sterling fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Glens Falls North's protests and gave Roscoe Sterling a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Santaquin booed when Glens Falls North was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roscoe Sterling didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Santaquin's Cesar Roark got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Rich Blackwell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cesar Roark in the 45th minute of the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Derrick Yates made a kick off. Aldo Cooley struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Giovanni Chase didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Glens Falls North. 55 minutes into the match, Glens Falls North's goal looked a bit too open when Derrick Yates came free, but Rich Blackwell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Matt Fry's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Giovanni Chase read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. In the 63rd match minute, Glens Falls North was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osvaldo Keith to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Glens Falls North's Rich Blackwell got control of the ball when Derrick Yates tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Santaquin getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Jackson Dias hit a great ball. Aldo Cooley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Giovanni Chase tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Salvador Poe kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. If Aldo Cooley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Glens Falls North booed when Santaquin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Earl Whaley didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Santaquin's zone, Matt Fry stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Giovanni Chase came out of the goal and Matt Fry tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Osvaldo Keith hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. In the 88thth minute of the game Aldo Cooley who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Santaquin's Giovanni Chase was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Santaquin's Cesar Roark got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rich Blackwell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Derrick Yates, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 97 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Matt Fry sped through Santaquin's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Giovanni Chase. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Glens Falls North fans cheered their team off the field, for while Santaquin had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
