Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Wilber Ernst started the match with the kick off. When Encinitas's Rolland Cote in the 5th minute got a chance for a shot 5th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Dacula's goalie prevented a goal. Wilber Ernst's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Randell Allen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. Carson Merchant recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Carson Merchant in the 12thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Randell Allen, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wilber Ernst in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Randell Allen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Kevin Lyons had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Randell Allen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carson Merchant in the 19th minute. Randell Allen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilber Ernst, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Kevin Lyons fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Asher Childs having to interfere. Asher Childs stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kevin Lyons's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilber Ernst in the 32nd minute of play forced Encinitas's goalkeeper Randell Allen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd minute Kevin Lyons shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Asher Childs saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 39 minutes into the match, Dacula's Carson Merchant sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Randell Allen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kevin Lyons struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Asher Childs didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Encinitas. Asher Childs showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rolland Cote, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. 48 minutes into the match, Dacula's goal looked a bit too open when Kevin Lyons came free, but Asher Childs reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Dacula's Asher Childs proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Dacula from getting a goal against them. Asher Childs made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kevin Lyons in the 64th minute of play. 66 minutes into the match, Encinitas's Kevin Lyons sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Asher Childs narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 67 minutes into the game, Wilber Ernst cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Randell Allen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Randell Allen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carson Merchant in the 73rd minute of play. Encinitas's Randell Allen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilber Ernst in the 76th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rolland Cote got free with Asher Childs in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Carson Merchant received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Randell Allen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Asher Childs showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kevin Lyons in the 88th minute of the match. Dacula's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
