Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Sid McCollum made the kick off which started today's match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Neal Marsh in the 3rd minute of play forced Stigler's goalkeeper Trenton Landry to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Trenton Landry made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sid McCollum in the 5th minute of play. Theo Tanner hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Neal Marsh managed to get in a good position for a shot. Port Isabel AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Neal Marsh was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Trenton Landry breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 7 minutes of play, Port Isabel AFC's Sid McCollum made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Trenton Landry was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Port Isabel AFC's goalkeeper Grady Pickens, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 15 played minutes Port Isabel AFC got a freekick which was hit by Milo Goodman. 18 minutes into the match, Stigler's goal looked a bit too open when Neal Marsh came free, but Trenton Landry reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sid McCollum in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Trenton Landry saved Stigler from getting behind. If Neal Marsh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Grady Pickens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Hollingsworth in the 28th minute of play. Milo Goodman kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Trenton Landry showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sid McCollum in the 33rd minute of the match. Sid McCollum recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Sid McCollum's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Trenton Landry was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. If Neal Marsh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 42 minutes into the match, Port Isabel AFC's Sid McCollum sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Trenton Landry narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Sid McCollum managed to get in a good position for a shot. Port Isabel AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Sid McCollum was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Trenton Landry breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Victor Hollingsworth stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Victor Hollingsworth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grady Pickens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vaughn Schultz charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vaughn Schultz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 53rd match minute, Port Isabel AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vaughn Schultz to maneuver through the defense. In the 54th minute, Terence Baltazar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 56th minute, Sid McCollum ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Trenton Landry was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Sid McCollum received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Trenton Landry tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Victor Hollingsworth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Grady Pickens having to interfere. When the match clock showed 66 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Victor Hollingsworth sped through Port Isabel AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Grady Pickens. 75 minutes in the game, Neal Marsh fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Trenton Landry having to interfere. Neal Marsh was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 77th minute. Port Isabel AFC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Sid McCollum recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sid McCollum in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Trenton Landry prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Trenton Landry took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sid McCollum, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Neal Marsh came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Port Isabel AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Neal Marsh couldn't finish the play. In the 95th minute, Houston Pratt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Stigler's Victor Hollingsworth got a free kick in the 97th minute.
