Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Paul Romano started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Scott City's Shannon Figueroa got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 9th minute, Maxwell Nance hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Joel Burgos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Scott City's supporters rose to their feet, but Joel Burgos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ernesto Weir breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Paul Romano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Ernesto Weir tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Bogalusa booed when Scott City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joey Alfaro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 22nd minute of the match Esteban MacKenzie sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jason Mercer skillfully saved the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Bogalusa's Diego Stearns sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jason Mercer narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Diego Stearns took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jason Mercer. Jason Mercer dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. With his leg Ernesto Weir managed to avoid a goal in the 32ndth minute, when Scott City's Joel Burgos fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Shannon Figueroa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Joel Burgos came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Scott City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joel Burgos couldn't finish the play. Brendon Major hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Diego Stearns fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jason Mercer having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Diego Stearns to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Scott City's zone, Diego Stearns stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jason Mercer came out of the goal and Diego Stearns tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ernesto Weir showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Burgos, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Maxwell Nance struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Jason Mercer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bogalusa. After a rather tough play, Scott City's Marcellus Armstrong got a free kick in the 57th minute. In the 58th minute, Maxwell Nance got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Adam Lozano kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Paul Romano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Ernesto Weir tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 67th minute, Bogalusa's Diego Stearns dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. Jason Mercer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diego Stearns, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Maxwell Nances short, quick shot in the 79thth minute got Jason Mercer to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Bogalusa's goalkeeper Ernesto Weir, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 95 minutes Scott City's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Brendon Major who took care of the corner kick. Brendon Major made a great header on Bogalusa's corner, it was just that Scott City's Jason Mercer managed to reach the ball for a save. Diego Stearns sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
