Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Andy Kennedy took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 3 played minutes, Indianola's Gregg Erwin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Adalberto Benavides came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Indianola reached it. Indianola's Christopher Mayberry played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos Lackey in the 8th minute of play. Andy Kennedy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 15 minutes into the match, Indianola's goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Lackey came free, but Christopher Mayberry reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adalberto Benavides showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andy Kennedy, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. After 23 played minutes, Mad Rose's Alan Santiago shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Christopher Mayberry came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mad Rose reached it. Rafael Whitlock hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Christopher Mayberry showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcos Lackey in the 24th minute of the match. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mad Rose's goalkeeper Adalberto Benavides, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Andy Kennedy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 40 minutes into the match, Indianola's goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Lackey came free, but Christopher Mayberry reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ethan Cotton who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 44thth minute tested the skills of Christopher Mayberry when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Clay Flaherty's late challenge caught a Mad Rose's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Clay Flaherty helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Mad Rose booed when Indianola was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clay Flaherty didn't get a good kick on the ball. Christopher Mayberry made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcos Lackey in the 46th minute of play. Adalberto Benavides showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jasper Handy in the 47th minute of the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcos Lackey to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Andy Kennedy's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adalberto Benavides was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. Marcos Lackey struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Christopher Mayberry didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mad Rose. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcos Lackey in the 56th minute of play forced Indianola's goalkeeper Christopher Mayberry to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcos Lackey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christopher Mayberry having to interfere. 64 minutes into the match, Indianola's goal looked a bit too open when Ethan Cotton came free, but Christopher Mayberry reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Marcos Lackey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 70thth minute of the game Ethan Cotton who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Indianola's Christopher Mayberry was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Clay Flaherty got his second yellow card in the match during the 71st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 72nd minute, Clay Flaherty hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Indianola's zone, Theodore Chamberlain stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Christopher Mayberry came out of the goal and Theodore Chamberlain tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Ethan Cotton managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mad Rose's supporters rose to their feet, but Ethan Cotton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Christopher Mayberry breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 81 minutes into the match, Indianola's goal looked a bit too open when Ethan Cotton came free, but Christopher Mayberry reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ethan Cotton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christopher Mayberry having to interfere. In the 86th match minute, Indianola was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rafael Whitlock to maneuver through the defense. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Indianola's goalkeeper Christopher Mayberry, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 96th minute, Jasper Handy made a precise shot to the right of Adalberto Benavides. Mad Rose's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The Indianola supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Indianola would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
