Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Reyes Daniels kicked off to start the match. The supporters of Round Rock booed when Willimantic was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Earl Ciauri didn't get a good kick on the ball. Andreas MacKenzie might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arnoldo Rios. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Andreas MacKenzie ran back to his position shaking his head. Reyes Daniels fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Livingston having to interfere. Arnoldo Rios showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andreas MacKenzie in the 18th minute of the match. Willimantic's Tommy Livingston played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reyes Daniels in the 20th minute of play. Tommy Livingston showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reyes Daniels in the 26th minute of the match. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Round Rock's goalkeeper Arnoldo Rios, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Andreas MacKenzie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 34 minutes into the match, Round Rock's goal looked a bit too open when Andreas Garrett came free, but Arnoldo Rios reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th minute, Andreas Garrett ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arnoldo Rios was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Malcolm Schulz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

Andreas MacKenzie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 60th minute of the match Wesley Harper shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arnoldo Rios showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Arnoldo Rios took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dale Cates, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nick McCormick hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Robert Spencer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arnoldo Rios read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. After 75 played minutes Willimantic got a freekick which was hit by Dale Cates. After a defensive mix-up in Willimantic's zone, Reyes Daniels stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Livingston came out of the goal and Reyes Daniels tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andreas Garrett in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnoldo Rios prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Reyes Daniels fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Livingston having to interfere. 94 minutes into the game, Willimantic's Dale Cates nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arnoldo Rios made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Willimantic walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
