Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Donny Vance took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 2nd minute, DeAndre Noble hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stacey Shipp made an important save on a dangerous shot by Denver Mercado in the 6th minute. Stonewood AFC's Stacey Shipp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denver Mercado in the 8th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Stonewood AFC's Frank Trevino got a free kick in the 14th minute. Denver Mercado's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 15thth minute, Stacey Shipp skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Donny Vance managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stonewood AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Donny Vance was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Petru Dumitrescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alistair Sheffield fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stacey Shipp having to interfere. A collision led to Supersport United FC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. DeAndre Noble hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Denver Mercado in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stacey Shipp saved Stonewood AFC from getting behind. Domingo McKee received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Stacey Shipp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 28 minutes into the match, Donny Vance notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Supersport United FC's Petru Dumitrescu. Petru Dumitrescu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Stacey Shipp made an important save on a dangerous shot by Domingo McKee in the 31st minute. Stacey Shipp made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Domingo McKee sent off a good shot on target. Denver Mercado struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Stacey Shipp didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Supersport United FC. Donny Vance recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Stacey Shipp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denver Mercado, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. If Alistair Sheffield had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Supersport United FC booed when Stonewood AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frank Trevino didn't get a good kick on the ball. With his leg Stacey Shipp managed to avoid a goal in the 45thth minute, when Supersport United FC's Denver Mercado fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Stacey Shipp made an important save on a dangerous shot by DeAndre Noble in the 48th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Denver Mercado made a kick off. Donny Vance fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Petru Dumitrescu having to interfere. In the 57th minute of the match Supersport United FC got a corner. Stonewood AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jonathan Oakley ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Jonathan Oakley almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Stonewood AFC's Stacey Shipp did a great save. Petru Dumitrescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donny Vance in the 62nd minute of play. Stacey Shipp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from DeAndre Noble in the 66th minute of the match. Alistair Sheffield struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Stacey Shipp didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Supersport United FC. After 77 minutes of play, Supersport United FC's Alistair Sheffield made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stacey Shipp was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 80th minute DeAndre Noble shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stacey Shipp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stacey Shipp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Denver Mercado in the 82nd minute of the match. After 84 minutes of play, Supersport United FC's Alistair Sheffield made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stacey Shipp was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 95 minutes, Denver Mercado made it 5-1 with a short kick to the right side. Stonewood AFC's Stacey Shipp tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Supersport United FC had won after a very even match.
