After a rather tough play, Webster FC's Bradley Cronin got a free kick in the 27th minute. After 28 played minutes, Angels AFC's Donny Dent shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eusebio Weiss came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Angels AFC reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jamal Nance in the 31st minute of play forced Webster FC's goalkeeper Eusebio Weiss to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Val Garcia might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eusebio Weiss. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Val Garcia ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Angels AFC booed when Webster FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Livingston didn't get a good kick on the ball. Webster FC's Eusebio Weiss played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Val Garcia in the 40th minute of play. Giuseppe Watts's late challenge caught a Webster FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Giuseppe Watts helped the player get up and apologised. In the 47th match minute, Angels AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giuseppe Watts to maneuver through the defense. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Alejandro Milligan made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Angels AFC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Donny Dent hit a great ball. Eusebio Weiss made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Val Garcia in the 60th minute of play. Garrett Sellers hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. In the 63rd minute, Douglas Jamison sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Angels AFC's Josef Thorpe didn't even have to move. Webster FC's Eusebio Weiss played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Val Garcia in the 66th minute of play. After having played for 69 minutes, Giuseppe Watts managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Angels AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Giuseppe Watts was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jamal Nance might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eusebio Weiss. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jamal Nance ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Val Garcia in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eusebio Weiss prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Jamal Nance came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Angels AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jamal Nance couldn't finish the play. Angels AFC's Val Garcia got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Angels AFC's Jamal Nance in 83 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Eusebio Weiss guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Jamal Nance could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Eusebio Weiss made a huge save. Jamal Nance fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusebio Weiss having to interfere.
