Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Jake Young started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Elliott Thurman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stuart Todd having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Jake Young's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Stuart Todd was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. Elliott Thurman might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Stuart Todd. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Elliott Thurman ran back to his position shaking his head. Manchester Anapra's Elliott Thurman got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Manchester Anapra's Jake Young got a free kick in the 18th minute. Stuart Todd showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jake Young, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 23rd minute of the match, Chuck Blalock got a very nice opportunity to score, but Arturo Stover was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. If Ernesto Rollins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 29th minute, Jake Young made a precise shot to the right of Stuart Todd. North Beach Haven's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Stuart Todd showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jake Young in the 33rd minute of the match. Arturo Stover made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Chuck Blalock sent off a good shot on target. In the 39th minute, Ernesto Rollins made a precise shot to the right of Stuart Todd. North Beach Haven's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. The North Beach Haven players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Manchester Anapra were winning 1-4.
The wind increased when Spencer Rowley made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, North Beach Haven's Stanford Blake got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Elliott Thurman took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 53rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Stuart Todd. North Beach Haven's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Jake Youngs short, quick shot in the 54thth minute got Stuart Todd to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Stuart Todd made an important save on a dangerous shot by Elliott Thurman in the 56th minute. When Elliott Thurman came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Manchester Anapra fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elliott Thurman couldn't finish the play. Jake Young fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stuart Todd having to interfere. The supporters of North Beach Haven booed when Manchester Anapra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Danny Mayberry didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 74th minute of the match Reginald Shepard shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Stuart Todd showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Jake Young's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Stuart Todd was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. Stanford Blake hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. 78 minutes into the match, Manchester Anapra's Ernesto Rollins sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Stuart Todd narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Stuart Todd took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jake Young, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jake Young scored 1-6 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stuart Todd, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 89th minute, Chuck Blalock hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elliott Thurman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Stuart Todd tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 95 minutes, Danny Mayberry managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Manchester Anapra's supporters crossed their fingers, but Danny Mayberry was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 96th minute Chuck Blalock shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arturo Stover saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 98th minute North Beach Haven were awarded a corner. Stanford Blake went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Stanford Blake almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Manchester Anapra's Arturo Stover did a great save. Manchester Anapra played a much better game than North Beach Haven and deserved their victory. The North Beach Haven players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
