Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Garry Guy kicked off to start the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Berry Ware managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wofford Heights's supporters rose to their feet, but Berry Ware was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wade Goddard breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Wofford Heights's Tony Wolff played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chad Hawthorne in the 16th minute of play. Stan Monroe kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Garry Guy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Berry Ware might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wade Goddard. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Berry Ware ran back to his position shaking his head. Garry Guy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Garry Guy scored 0-1 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wade Goddard, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Herndon's Wade Goddard played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Garry Guy in the 35th minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Wofford Heights's goalkeeper Tony Wolff had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by David Eaton. David Eaton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 40th minute Chad Hawthorne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tony Wolff saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Berry Ware took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wade Goddard. Wade Goddard dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2.

Herndon's supporters rose to their feet, but David Eaton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tony Wolff breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 54thth minute of the game Garry Guy who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Herndon's Wade Goddard was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Chad Hawthorne fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tony Wolff having to interfere. When Herndon's Chad Hawthorne in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Wofford Heights's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Eaton in the 59th minute of play forced Wofford Heights's goalkeeper Tony Wolff to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Garry Guy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Chad Hawthorne managed to get in a good position for a shot. Herndon's supporters rose to their feet, but Chad Hawthorne was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tony Wolff breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chad Hawthorne in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tony Wolff saved Wofford Heights from getting behind. If Chad Hawthorne had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, David Eaton managed to get in a good position for a shot. Herndon's supporters rose to their feet, but David Eaton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tony Wolff breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. David Eaton struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Tony Wolff didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Herndon. David Eaton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tony Wolff having to interfere. In the 83rd minute, Chad Hawthorne got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Renaldo Acosta charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Renaldo Acosta the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Herndon booed when Wofford Heights was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Renaldo Acosta didn't get a good kick on the ball. 94 minutes into the match, Herndon's goal looked a bit too open when Garry Guy came free, but Wade Goddard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 97 minutes into the match, Wofford Heights's goal looked a bit too open when David Eaton came free, but Tony Wolff reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Wofford Heights had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
