Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rhett Link kicked off to start the match. Francisco Reilly had several of the Sun Prairie's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 5 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Sol Palacios as he didn't even see the shot coming. Rhett Link hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Francisco Reilly had several of the Sun Prairie's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 11 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Sol Palacios as he didn't even see the shot coming. Francisco Reilly's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 14thth minute, Sol Palacios skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Francisco Reillys short, quick shot in the 15thth minute got Sol Palacios to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a rather tough play, Sun Prairie's Genaro Manuel got a free kick in the 19th minute. Sol Palacios showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clay Puckett in the 20th minute of the match. Sol Palacios took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Reilly, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 25 minutes into the game, Francisco Reilly lined in a short shot 3-0 behind a frustrated Sol Palacios. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Clay Puckett managed to get in a good position for a shot. North Westport's supporters rose to their feet, but Clay Puckett was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sol Palacios breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 33 minutes, Bobby Logan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sun Prairie's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bobby Logan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Genaro Manuel during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Francisco Reilly recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Francisco Reilly might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sol Palacios. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Francisco Reilly ran back to his position shaking his head. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
In the 54th minute of the match Stacey Barnett shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sol Palacios showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. North Westport's Clay Puckett got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clay Puckett in the 58th minute of play forced Sun Prairie's goalkeeper Sol Palacios to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 61 minutes into the game, Sun Prairie's Rhett Link nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Brice Myers made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Brice Myers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rhett Link, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rhett Link received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Brice Myers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 69th minute of the match Federico Gaston sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sol Palacios skillfully saved the ball. Sol Palacios didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Francisco Reilly went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. North Westport's Brice Myers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rhett Link in the 75th minute of play. Brice Myers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rhett Link, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Brice Myers made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bobby Logan in the 82nd minute. If Ismael Calloway had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bobby Logan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Brice Myers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 91 played minutes Sun Prairie got a freekick which was hit by Justin Street. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Francisco Reilly managed to get in a good position for a shot. North Westport's supporters rose to their feet, but Francisco Reilly was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sol Palacios breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bobby Logan got free with Brice Myers in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. North Westport's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
