Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The Shinnston FC fans' excitement grew in the 4th match minute when Shinnston FC's Monroe Hicks looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Duane Wills had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 10th match minute, Shinnston FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Esteban Pritchard to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Len Nunez in the 14th minute of play forced Middlesex's goalkeeper Vincent Knapp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Duane Wills's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Warner Magee read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. In the 29th minute, Duane Wills made a precise shot to the right of Warner Magee. Shinnston FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Monroe Hicks sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Salvatore Bowen's late challenge caught a Shinnston FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Salvatore Bowen helped the player get up and apologised. Len Nunez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Salvatore Bowen hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Monroe Hicks sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vincent Knapp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romeo Battle in the 47th minute of play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Len Nunez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Virgilio Sprague hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Duane Wills received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Warner Magee tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Shinnston FC's Warner Magee proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Shinnston FC from getting a goal against them. During the 64th minute of the match Salvatore Bowen completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Salvatore Bowen a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to Middlesex getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Salvatore Bowen hit a great ball. Quintin McCullough sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Shinnston FC's Emery Odell got a free kick in the 68th minute. Warner Magee stood somewhat misplaced when Quintin McCullough came free in front of goal and shot 1-2 to the left of him in the 69 minute. After having played for 73 minutes, Quintin McCullough managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Middlesex's supporters crossed their fingers, but Quintin McCullough was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Middlesex's Virgilio Sprague got a free kick in the 76th minute. In the 79th minute, Shinnston FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Virgilio Sprague fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 80th minute, Emery Odell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 84 minutes, Monroe Hicks made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. Middlesex's Vincent Knapp tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, Shinnston FC's Warner Magee got control of the ball when Quintin McCullough tried to sneak it across the goal line. Duane Wills struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Warner Magee didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Middlesex. 90 minutes into the match, Shinnston FC's goalkeeper Warner Magee had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Quintin McCullough. Shinnston FC's Warner Magee proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Shinnston FC from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Middlesex's Erik Fitzpatrick got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Middlesex's Quintin McCullough got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
