Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Teddy Hinson took the kick off in the first half of the match. Eduardo Roach showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rupert Hurley, who was totally free with the ball in the 2nd minute. Sidney Simms fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Garrett Groves having to interfere. Shively AFC's Garrett Groves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teddy Hinson in the 8th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Sidney Simms took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Garrett Groves to make any attempt to save it. Sidney Simms received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Garrett Groves came out and tried to block the shot, but Sidney Simms slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 19th minute. In the 22nd minute, Rupert Hurley made a precise shot to the right of Eduardo Roach. Turley AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Rupert Hurley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Eduardo Roach tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eduardo Roach showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Genaro Luther, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Garrett Groves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teddy Hinson, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. After 33 played minutes Shively AFC got a freekick which was hit by Benjamin Flaherty. After a rather tough play, Shively AFC's Jack Bryant got a free kick in the 37th minute. Garrett Groves was a little too slow when Teddy Hinson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 43rd minute. The score was now 3-1.

In the 53rd minute, Ramon Zavala hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Teddy Hinson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 58th minute, Sidney Simms ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Garrett Groves was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. After a defensive mix-up in Shively AFC's zone, Sidney Simms stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Garrett Groves came out of the goal and Sidney Simms tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Teddy Hinson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Garrett Groves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sidney Simms, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Teddy Hinson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rico Milton hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Garrett Groves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sidney Simms in the 82nd minute of play. Garrett Groves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sidney Simms, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Sidney Simms had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 89 played minutes Shively AFC got a freekick which was hit by Benjamin Flaherty. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Teddy Hinson in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Garrett Groves saved Shively AFC from getting behind. Sidney Simms sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 96thth minute of the game Sidney Simms who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Shively AFC's Garrett Groves was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Turley AFC had played much better football throughout.
