Micah Shepard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rolando Palacios having to interfere. Rolando Palacios made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dalton Blankenship in the 9th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Max Lockett got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 16 minutes into the game, Val Hebert cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Len Hollis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 20th minute Waldo Hinkle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Len Hollis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Max Lockett managed to get in a good position for a shot. Neenah's supporters rose to their feet, but Max Lockett was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rolando Palacios breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Waldo Hinkle hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. In the 30th minute, Santiago Grayson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Waldo Hinkle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th minute Micah Shepard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Palacios saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rolando Palacios was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Micah Shepard showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 39 minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Waldo Hinkle to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Neenah getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Santiago Grayson hit a great ball. Rolando Palacios took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dalton Blankenship, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 70th match minute, Neenah was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santiago Grayson to maneuver through the defense. 74 minutes into the match, Eastchester's goal looked a bit too open when Max Lockett came free, but Rolando Palacios reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
