The referee ignored Piney Green AFC's protests and gave Silas Dillard a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Piney Green AFC getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Silas Dillard hit a great ball. Darrel Fuentes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silas Dillard in the 8th minute of the match. After having played for 9 minutes, Gordon Akins managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Piney Green AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gordon Akins was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vicente Kline hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Silas Dillard in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Darrel Fuentes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 14th minute, Palmer Benoit hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 15 minutes into the match, FC SISON's goal looked a bit too open when Dustin Stjohn came free, but Darrel Fuentes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th minute Gordon Akins shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Darrel Fuentes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Darrel Fuentes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silas Dillard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute, Gordon Akins hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC SISON's goalkeeper Darrel Fuentes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 42nd minute of the match Piney Green AFC got a corner. FC SISON's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Deshawn Fish ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Piney Green AFC's Deshawn Fish to fire away a dangerous shot which Darrel Fuentes despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. FC SISON's Darrel Fuentes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Deon Hardy in the 46th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Palmer Benoit stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gordon Akins during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of FC SISON booed when Piney Green AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gordon Akins didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 56th minute, Gordon Akins ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Darrel Fuentes was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. FC SISON's Darrel Fuentes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Deon Hardy in the 61st minute of play. FC SISON's Darrel Fuentes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save FC SISON from getting a goal against them. Darrel Fuentes made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Silas Dillard sent off a good shot on target. Silas Dillard's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Darrel Fuentes firmly grabbed it by the left post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vicente Kline during the 69th minute.
