Nigel Kinsey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tobias Clifford, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. 15 minutes into the match, Wauconda's goal looked a bit too open when Tobias Clifford came free, but Nigel Kinsey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nigel Kinsey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tobias Clifford, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. The supporters of The Knights booed when Wauconda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ed Velasquez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tobias Clifford struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Nigel Kinsey didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for The Knights. In the 25th minute, Quentin Dahlstrom left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Wauconda fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The supporters of The Knights booed when Wauconda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Young Cross didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tobias Clifford in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nigel Kinsey prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nigel Kinsey came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by The Knights's Rudy Rudd. But to his dismay, Rudy Rudd quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tobias Clifford was the one to do the kick off. When Tobias Clifford came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the The Knights fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tobias Clifford couldn't finish the play. Nigel Kinsey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rudy Rudd in the 54th minute of the match. Rudy Rudd sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tobias Clifford struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. The The Knights supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Wauconda's performance. The match ended with a win for Wauconda.
