Terrence Humphrey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Curtis Velez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 34 played minutes Neil Montgomery rounded East Port Orchard FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. If Neil Montgomery had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Perry Ransom recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Neil Montgomery to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, East Port Orchard FC's goal looked a bit too open when Neil Montgomery came free, but Ken Solis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Daphne FC's Curtis Velez got control of the ball when Terrence Humphrey tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in East Port Orchard FC's zone, Perry Ransom stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ken Solis came out of the goal and Perry Ransom tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Neil Montgomery's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ken Solis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. A collision led to East Port Orchard FC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Solomon Clifton hit a great ball. Solomon Clifton's late challenge caught a Daphne FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Solomon Clifton helped the player get up and apologised. In the 62nd minute, Solomon Clifton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Perry Ransom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Ken Solis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Neil Montgomery had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ken Solis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Neil Montgomery, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. In the 79th minute of the match Josiah Conklin shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Curtis Velez showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Terrence Humphrey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Curtis Velez having to interfere. Curtis Velez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Terrence Humphrey's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. In the 88th minute, Robin Landers got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Robin Landers's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Curtis Velez was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Robin Landers managed to get in a good position for a shot. East Port Orchard FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Robin Landers was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Curtis Velez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Terrence Humphrey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 94th minute of the match, Robin Landers tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Curtis Velez saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Daphne FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while East Port Orchard FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
