Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Oren Love started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Anton Numbers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rusty Rowland in the 7th minute of play. Blaine Sito hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Jonah Funk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ruben Johns's late challenge caught a Mount Olive's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ruben Johns helped the player get up and apologised. In the 14th minute, Ruben Johns hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Federico Sexton kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Mount Olive's Federico Sexton got his second yellow card of the match in the 34th minute. The referee ordered Federico Sexton off the ground. After 35 played minutes Mount Olive got a freekick which was hit by Federico Sexton. 41 minutes into the match, East Hampton AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Rusty Rowland came free, but Anton Numbers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Darius Stacy got free with Anton Numbers in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to East Hampton AFC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Ruben Johns hit a great ball. With a little luck, East Hampton AFC's Anton Numbers got control of the ball when Darius Stacy tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nicky Enriquez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oren Love in the 48th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Darius Stacy made a kick off. Rusty Rowland fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anton Numbers having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonah Funk got free with Nicky Enriquez in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 64 minutes into the match, East Hampton AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Darius Stacy came free, but Anton Numbers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rolland Woodall struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Anton Numbers didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mount Olive. Darius Stacy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonah Funk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Nicky Enriquez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 81st minute, Oren Love reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Nicky Enriquez. The goal made the score 0-2. In the 87th minute Darius Stacy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anton Numbers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Darius Stacy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pedro Land took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anton Numbers. Anton Numbers dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Mount Olive lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
