Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Micah Boyd started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Northwest Harborcreek AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Micah Boyd came free, but Charlton Bassett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eddie Doss showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diego Rocha, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Adolfo Cox kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. 12 minutes into the match, Santo George had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eddie Doss. Balmville's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Santo George was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. When Micah Boyd came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Balmville fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Micah Boyd couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Micah Boyd in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Charlton Bassett saved Northwest Harborcreek AFC from getting behind. Bryant Hardy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Charlton Bassett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 27th minute, Rufus Laws sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Balmville's Eddie Doss didn't even have to move. Northwest Harborcreek AFC's Charlton Bassett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bryant Hardy in the 31st minute of play. In the 35thth minute of the game Bryant Hardy who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Northwest Harborcreek AFC's Charlton Bassett was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 38th minute, Micah Boyd left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Balmville fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Santo George sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 43 minutes into the game, Octavio Seay was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Balmville's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Northwest Harborcreek AFC the free kick. A collision led to Balmville getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Octavio Seay hit a great ball. Bryant Hardy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charlton Bassett having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Santo George stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Micah Boyd took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Charlton Bassett. Charlton Bassett dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. In the 64th minute Santo George shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eddie Doss saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Charlton Bassett made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Octavio Seay sent off a good shot on target. In the 68th match minute, Northwest Harborcreek AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diego Rocha to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Balmville getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Octavio Seay hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Santo George managed to get in a good position for a shot. Northwest Harborcreek AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Santo George was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eddie Doss breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eddie Doss showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Darren Serrano in the 73rd minute of the match. Santo George received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Eddie Doss tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bryant Hardy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bryant Hardys short, quick shot in the 85thth minute got Charlton Bassett to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Darren Serrano charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Darren Serrano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Darren Serrano hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Bryant Hardy managed to get in a good position for a shot. Balmville's supporters rose to their feet, but Bryant Hardy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Charlton Bassett breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Charlton Bassett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Micah Boyd in the 90th minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, Northwest Harborcreek AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Micah Boyd came free, but Charlton Bassett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Northwest Harborcreek AFC's zone, Micah Boyd stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Charlton Bassett came out of the goal and Micah Boyd tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 97 minutes into the game, Balmville's Bryant Hardy nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Charlton Bassett made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Balmville eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
