If Stacy Paige had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Casey Davila scored 0-1 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Garret Hinds, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Edmundo Chamberlain received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Garret Hinds tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jayson Finn got free with Rudolf Ferris in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hal Key struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Rudolf Ferris didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cassius Clay AFC. Hal Key fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rudolf Ferris having to interfere. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hal Key made a kick off. Cassius Clay AFC's Garret Hinds proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Cassius Clay AFC from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Terrance Sparks during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 59th match minute, Cassius Clay AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Terrance Sparks to maneuver through the defense. Garret Hinds made an important save on a dangerous shot by Casey Davila in the 60th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stacy Paige in the 88th minute of play forced Cassius Clay AFC's goalkeeper Garret Hinds to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 92nd minute, Stacy Paige got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stacy Paige in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Garret Hinds prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Garret Hinds showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stacy Paige, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. When the final whistle sounded West Jordan left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Cassius Clay AFC.
