Rocco Ferreira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Homer Hunter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Devon Bauer kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Rocco Ferreira struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Homer Hunter didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TONY MONTANA. Brady Gauthier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lazaro Grier, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Lanny Magee managed to get in a good position for a shot. TONY MONTANA's supporters rose to their feet, but Lanny Magee was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Homer Hunter breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lazaro Grier struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Brady Gauthier didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ansonia. Ansonia's Lazaro Grier got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kristofer Dodd's late challenge caught a Ansonia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kristofer Dodd helped the player get up and apologised. Brady Gauthier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lazaro Grier, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rocco Ferreira to make the kick off. Brady Gauthier made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Gregory Ross sent off a good shot on target. Lazaro Grier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Ansonia's zone, Lanny Magee stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Homer Hunter came out of the goal and Lanny Magee tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 61 minutes into the match, TONY MONTANA's goal looked a bit too open when Lazaro Grier came free, but Brady Gauthier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Homer Hunter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lanny Magee, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. In the 64th match minute, Ansonia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Devon Bauer to maneuver through the defense. Brady Gauthier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lazaro Grier in the 69th minute of the match. TONY MONTANA's Brady Gauthier proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save TONY MONTANA from getting a goal against them. 0-2 became the score in the 78th minute when Lazaro Grier elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. When Gregory Ross came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Ansonia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gregory Ross couldn't finish the play. Rocco Ferreira struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. The TONY MONTANA supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Ansonia's performance. The match ended with a win for Ansonia.
