Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Woody Hobson started the match with the kick off. After 2 played minutes, Eagan FC's Alonzo Salas shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Marco Call came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Eagan FC reached it. If Walton Stern had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Walton Stern in the 8th minute of play forced Eagan FC's goalkeeper Kurt Edmondson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 9th minute, Tommy Tate hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Walton Stern came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Ceredo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Walton Stern couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tommy Tate during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Tommy Tate hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Woody Hobson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Kurt Edmondson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 16th match minute, Ceredo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marco Watts to maneuver through the defense. After 18 played minutes Eagan FC got a freekick which was hit by Werner Beam. Ceredo's Stan Noel got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jonah Valencia hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Walton Stern in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kurt Edmondson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jack Uster recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kurt Edmondson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Woody Hobson, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. After 33 minutes, Eduardo Ricks mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Eagan FC and the Ceredo players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 33rd match minute, Eagan FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eduardo Ricks to maneuver through the defense. Walton Stern scored 0-1 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kurt Edmondson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Eagan FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ceredo were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Guy Stroh to make the kick off. Eagan FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 56th minute, when Walton Stern scored to the left of an out of position Kurt Edmondson, making the score, 0-2. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Ceredo's goalkeeper Marco Call, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 64 minutes, Jack Uster managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Eagan FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jack Uster was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Eagan FC booed when Ceredo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marco Watts didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marco Call made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jack Uster in the 77th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Guy Stroh put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Marco Call. Werner Beam kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Ceredo's Woody Hobson got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 93 minutes, Woody Hobson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ceredo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Woody Hobson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
