Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Loren Strange showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Micah Bouchard in the 6th minute of the match. In the 7th minute Walton Stern shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Loren Strange saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21st minute, Walton Stern got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With his leg Marco Call managed to avoid a goal in the 24thth minute, when Amite City's Gregorio Payne fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Loren Strange took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Walton Stern, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gregorio Payne got free with Marco Call in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gregorio Payne sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
Oliver Warner recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Amite City's Gregorio Payne got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Woody Hobson charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Woody Hobson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Woody Hobson hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. After 63 played minutes Amite City got a freekick which was hit by Gregorio Payne. Walton Stern sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dennis Parrish received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Marco Call tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Ceredo getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Walton Stern hit a great ball. Josh Vick hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. After 79 played minutes, Amite City's Rod Smalls shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Marco Call came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Amite City reached it. Amite City's Gregorio Payne got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Gregorio Payne came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Amite City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gregorio Payne couldn't finish the play. In the 86th minute, Dennis Parrish made a precise shot to the right of Marco Call. Ceredo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. There was no doubt that Amite City were the better team. Amite City's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
