Highland City AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After having played for 38 minutes, Rueben Carlisle managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bradenton's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rueben Carlisle was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Victor Sherwood had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Victor Sherwood to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Tyson Flynn had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alonso Friedman. Bradenton's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tyson Flynn was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Bradenton's Alonso Friedman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Sherwood in the 57th minute of play. Alonso Friedman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Sherwood in the 62nd minute of play. Laurence Cisneros's late challenge caught a Highland City AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Laurence Cisneros helped the player get up and apologised. After 63 played minutes Bradenton got a freekick which was hit by Laurence Cisneros. In the 69thth minute of the game Rueben Carlisle who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Highland City AFC's Renato Owen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alonso Friedman made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Tyson Flynn sent off a good shot on target. Victor Sherwood fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alonso Friedman having to interfere. Victor Sherwood struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Alonso Friedman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Highland City AFC. In the 82ndth minute of the game Victor Sherwood who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bradenton's Alonso Friedman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Renato Owen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rueben Carlisle in the 85th minute of play. Jose Pepper kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match.
