Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Chatsworth's Marcellus Reeder started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Marcellus Reeder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 12th minute of the game. One of New Hartford:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Chatsworth:s goal. After a rather tough play, New Hartford's Duke Greenwood got a free kick in the 14th minute. New Hartford's Emilio Gibbons played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcellus Reeder in the 17th minute of play. Emilio Gibbons didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 20th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Jeremy Schwartz took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bronson Britton. Bronson Britton dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. If Jarod Everett had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 30 minutes into the match, Chatsworth's goal looked a bit too open when Graham Craig came free, but Bronson Britton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Chatsworth's zone, Graham Craig stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bronson Britton came out of the goal and Graham Craig tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Graham Craig scored 1-2 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bronson Britton, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Isidro Barrios charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Isidro Barrios the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of New Hartford booed when Chatsworth was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isidro Barrios didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jarod Everett received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Bronson Britton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emilio Gibbons made an important save on a dangerous shot by Virgilio Storey in the 48th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Graham Craig recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Virgilio Storey struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Emilio Gibbons didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chatsworth. Emilio Gibbons showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Virgilio Storey, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Jarod Everett scored 1-3 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bronson Britton, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcellus Reeder in the 71st minute of play forced New Hartford's goalkeeper Emilio Gibbons to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jeremy Schwartz hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. New Hartford's Emilio Gibbons played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Virgilio Storey in the 73rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, New Hartford's Duke Greenwood got a free kick in the 74th minute. Jeremy Schwartz hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. 85 minutes into the game, Chatsworth's Virgilio Storey nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Emilio Gibbons made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. The supporters of New Hartford booed when Chatsworth was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Basil Coats didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 89th minute, Sebastian Cadena got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Chatsworth's defense didn't have a chance, in the 91st minute, when Graham Craig scored to the left of an out of position Bronson Britton, making the score, 2-4. After having played for 95 minutes, Jarod Everett managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. New Hartford's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jarod Everett was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
