Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Collin Jorgensen made the kick off which started today's match. After 3 minutes of play, Villa Hills's Lane Madison made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Javier Loomis was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jason Lassiter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Javier Loomis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lyle Storey hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. In the 10th minute of the match Dan Sams sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Javier Loomis skillfully saved the ball. After 15 played minutes Socastee FC got a freekick which was hit by Emmanuel Moseley. Javier Loomis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jason Lassiter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th minute Lane Madison shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Javier Loomis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Lane Madison managed to get in a good position for a shot. Villa Hills's supporters rose to their feet, but Lane Madison was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Javier Loomis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 26th minute, Connor Zavala ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hans Hope was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Collin Jorgensen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Hans Hope made a huge save. Collin Jorgensen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Abe Holt fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Socastee FC's protests and gave Abe Holt a yellow card for diving instead. In the 42nd match minute, Socastee FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abe Holt to maneuver through the defense. In the 44th minute, Lane Madison got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jason Lassiter stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Lyle Storey kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. If Lane Madison had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Javier Loomis made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Lane Madison sent off a good shot on target. Lane Madison received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Javier Loomis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lane Madison fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Javier Loomis having to interfere. A collision led to Villa Hills getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Dan Sams hit a great ball. Hans Hope showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Connor Zavala, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Javier Loomis came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Villa Hills's Jason Lassiter. But to his dismay, Jason Lassiter quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. If Lane Madison had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Villa Hills's Hans Hope played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Connor Zavala in the 79th minute of play. Jason Lassiter recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 83 minutes into the match, Villa Hills's goal looked a bit too open when Connor Zavala came free, but Hans Hope reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rico Rowland received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Hans Hope tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
