Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Sterling Rudd got the match started through his kick off. Clemson's Nigel Madsen got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sterling Rudd in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Teodoro Tapia saved Clemson from getting behind. In the 21st minute, Teodoro Arroyo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bryon Cody fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodoro Tapia having to interfere. Sterling Rudd sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Miami Beach FC's Norman Alford got control of the ball when Nigel Madsen tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 33rd minute, Lucas Lepucki got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 37 minutes into the match, Clemson's goal looked a bit too open when Sterling Rudd came free, but Teodoro Tapia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sterling Rudd fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodoro Tapia having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Phil Franklin was the one to do the kick off. Lucas Lepucki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Teodoro Tapia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Miles Acevedo struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Teodoro Tapia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Miami Beach FC. If Phil Franklin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 58 minutes into the match, Miami Beach FC's goal looked a bit too open when Teodoro Arroyo came free, but Norman Alford reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sterling Rudd in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Teodoro Tapia saved Clemson from getting behind. Sterling Rudd took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Teodoro Tapia. Teodoro Tapia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 73rd minute Sterling Rudd shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodoro Tapia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Clemson booed when Miami Beach FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raymundo Jennings didn't get a good kick on the ball. Norman Alford showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Phil Franklin, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Sterling Rudd managed to get in a good position for a shot. Miami Beach FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Sterling Rudd was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Teodoro Tapia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Miami Beach FC getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Whitney Holley hit a great ball.
