Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Clawson FC's Sebastian Pagan started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Clawson FC's goalkeeper Jesse Pennington had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tory Maxwell. 5 minutes into the game, Clawson FC's Sebastian Pagan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Robin Fisher made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. A collision led to Clawson FC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Spencer Blanton hit a great ball. With a little luck, Clawson FC's Jesse Pennington got control of the ball when Tory Maxwell tried to sneak it across the goal line. Robin Fisher showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Pagan in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 25th minute Sam Brandt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jesse Pennington saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sam Brandt in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jesse Pennington prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tory Maxwell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Jesse Pennington tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 31st minute, Spencer Blanton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jesse Pennington made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tory Maxwell in the 32nd minute. Tory Maxwell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ian Morin kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sam Brandt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jesse Pennington showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sam Brandt in the 56th minute of the match. Sebastian Pagan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robin Fisher having to interfere. Jesse Pennington made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sam Brandt in the 62nd minute of play. If Sebastian Pagan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Norwegian Lynxes getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Guillermo Hartley hit a great ball. Clawson FC's Jesse Pennington played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tory Maxwell in the 70th minute of play. Jesse Pennington took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tory Maxwell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Sebastian Pagan fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Clawson FC's protests and gave Sebastian Pagan a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Clawson FC's Sebastian Pagan got a free kick in the 75th minute. In the 78th minute Tory Maxwell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jesse Pennington saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sam Brandt got in the 79th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Jesse Pennington handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. In the 81stth minute of the game Sebastian Pagan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Norwegian Lynxes's Robin Fisher was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Arnoldo Cline had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Lorenzo Sherwood fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Norwegian Lynxes's protests and gave Lorenzo Sherwood a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Norwegian Lynxes getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Lorenzo Sherwood hit a great ball. Tory Maxwell's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jesse Pennington read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. 92 minutes into the game, Sam Brandt cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Jesse Pennington was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gavin Goodrich recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Clawson FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
