Olivette AFC's Milan Stroh played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cesar Thornton in the 13th minute of play. When Guy Ragland came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Olivette AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guy Ragland couldn't finish the play. Xavier McCabe made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Esteban Rose sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Lake Panasoffkee's zone, Guy Ragland stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xavier McCabe came out of the goal and Guy Ragland tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Milan Stroh showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guy Wallace in the 22nd minute of the match. The supporters of Olivette AFC booed when Lake Panasoffkee was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jason Lowry didn't get a good kick on the ball. Esteban Rose recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Xavier McCabe was out of position in the 29 minute of play, and Esteban Rose capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Esteban Rose really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. After a rather tough play, Olivette AFC's Victor Figueroa got a free kick in the 32nd minute. 33 minutes into the game, Esteban Rose was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Olivette AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lake Panasoffkee the free kick. In the 33rd match minute, Olivette AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Esteban Rose to maneuver through the defense. Guy Wallace received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Milan Stroh tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Guy Ragland's late challenge caught a Lake Panasoffkee's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Guy Ragland helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Olivette AFC getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Guy Ragland hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Esteban Rose got free with Xavier McCabe in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Esteban Rose to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Esteban Rose in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Xavier McCabe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Olivette AFC booed when Lake Panasoffkee was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pete Ward didn't get a good kick on the ball. Chad McNamara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xavier McCabe having to interfere. When Pete Ward was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 63 minutes had been played. Pete Ward hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. In the 71st minute, Guillermo Hargrove reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Milan Stroh. The goal made the score 1-1. Guy Wallace fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Milan Stroh having to interfere. Guy Wallace hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. 79 minutes into the game, Cesar Thornton was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lake Panasoffkee's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Olivette AFC the free kick. In the 82nd minute of the match Deon Arellano sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Xavier McCabe skillfully saved the ball. If Cesar Thornton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Esteban Rose had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Byron Michaud kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. The Olivette AFC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Lake Panasoffkee's performance. The match ended with a win for Lake Panasoffkee.
