Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) After having played for 3 minutes, Wilford Hemphill managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hampden AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wilford Hemphill was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 10th minute, Hampden AFC's Tristan Ramsey seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Tristan Ramsey the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Hampden AFC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Tristan Ramsey had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 10th minute, one of Hampden AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Hampden AFC. In the 12th minute there was a penalty for Wadsworth. Greg Reaves stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Maxwell Lee. 0-1. When Wadsworth's Salvador Tillman in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hampden AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Maxwell Lee showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodger Hartley in the 18th minute of the match. Frankie Berry hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. When Trent Hutchins came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Wadsworth fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Trent Hutchins couldn't finish the play. Hampden AFC's Maxwell Lee played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Salvador Tillman in the 22nd minute of play. Trent Hutchins sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Frankie Berry hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Trent Hutchins recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Trent Hutchins fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maxwell Lee having to interfere. Hampden AFC's Wilford Hemphill got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 32nd minute, Trent Hutchins got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Maxwell Lee made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Salvador Tillman in the 36th minute of play. Maxwell Lee took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Salvador Tillman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 39 minutes, Salvador Tillman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Salvador Tillman in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maxwell Lee prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 43 minutes of play, Wadsworth's Trent Hutchins made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Maxwell Lee was left in no man's land by his defense there! Trent Hutchins recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 50th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Wilford Hemphill to strike the kick off in the second half. If Frankie Berry had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Wilford Hemphill came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Hampden AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wilford Hemphill couldn't finish the play. Wadsworth's Trent Hutchins got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Francisco Olson hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Trent Hutchins received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Maxwell Lee tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tad Espinoza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilford Hemphill in the 67th minute of play. Maxwell Lee showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Trent Hutchins, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Francisco Olson hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. In the 75th minute of the match Greg Reaves shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Maxwell Lee showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 77 played minutes Hampden AFC got a freekick which was hit by Frankie Berry. A hard shot by Greg Reaves from long distance, 78 minutes into the match, got Maxwell Lee's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Tad Espinoza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilford Hemphill in the 84th minute of the match. Wilford Hemphill's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tad Espinoza read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. Maxwell Lee made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Trent Hutchins in the 88th minute of play. Wadsworth's Tad Espinoza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilford Hemphill in the 96th minute of play. In the 98th minute, Salvador Tillman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Wadsworth fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Wadsworth walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
