Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wallace Lilly to make the kick off. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind West Carthage AFC's goalkeeper Arthur Parker, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, West Carthage AFC's Brice House got a free kick in the 71st minute. When Curtis Hartman came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Winton fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Curtis Hartman couldn't finish the play. In the 79th minute, Bryce Vickers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 82 minutes into the game, Joesph Baltazar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Winton's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave West Carthage AFC the free kick. In the 82nd match minute, Winton was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joesph Baltazar to maneuver through the defense. Joesph Baltazar got his second yellow card in the match during the 84th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 85 played minutes Winton got a freekick which was hit by Joesph Baltazar. After a rather tough play, Winton's Curtis Hartman got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Thanh Kents short, quick shot in the 94thth minute got Levi Gill to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 96th minute Wallace Lilly shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Levi Gill saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Winton walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
