Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) After having played for 3 minutes, Damon Bowles managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Coto De Caza's supporters crossed their fingers, but Damon Bowles was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jonathan Quintero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Damon Bowles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Damon Bowles in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kenneth Vinson saved Ladysmith AFC from getting behind. Ladysmith AFC's Kenneth Vinson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damon Bowles in the 14th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Coto De Caza's Jonathan Quintero sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kenneth Vinson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 21st minute, Ricardo Baca made a precise shot to the right of Laurence Gauthier. Coto De Caza's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Jonathan Quintero blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kenneth Vinson having to make a save. In the 29th minute Van Candido shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laurence Gauthier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 37 minutes into the game, Coto De Caza's Damon Bowles nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kenneth Vinson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Jonathan Quintero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Kenneth Vinson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Terry Sorensen charged in rather forcefully in the 48th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Terry Sorensen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jonathan Quintero was the one to do the kick off. Carlos Engle charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Carlos Engle the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Coto De Caza getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Carlos Engle hit a great ball. Kenneth Vinson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathan Quintero in the 58th minute of play. Vance Quintero's late challenge caught a Coto De Caza's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vance Quintero helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Coto De Caza booed when Ladysmith AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vance Quintero didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 62nd minute Ricardo Baca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laurence Gauthier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Jonathan Quintero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ricardo Baca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laurence Gauthier having to interfere. If Ricardo Baca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Van Candido scored 2-1 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Laurence Gauthier, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Coto De Caza's Carlos Engle got a free kick in the 81st minute. Van Candido received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Laurence Gauthier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Van Candido had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88th minute, Ricardo Baca got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Damon Bowles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 95th minute, Vincent Lemon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Coto De Caza's Damon Bowles got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Johnathon Lane kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves Damon Bowles could shoot a difficult shot in the 98th minute, which Kenneth Vinson however easily saved by the left post. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Ladysmith AFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Coto De Caza had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
