Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Grady Clearwater took the kick off in the first half of the match. 6 minutes into the match, South Santa Rosa's goal looked a bit too open when Stan Petersen came free, but Bronson Rosenberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Grady Clearwater in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Brendan Kaplan saved Cheraw from getting behind. Trenton Kendall hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. In the 15th minute, Grady Clearwater hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 18th match minute, Cheraw was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Homer Landrum to maneuver through the defense. In the 21st minute, Greg Carpenter got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Brendan Kaplan made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Grady Clearwater sent off a good shot on target. When Greg Carpenter came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the South Santa Rosa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Greg Carpenter couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, South Santa Rosa's Logan Carlisle got a free kick in the 26th minute. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind South Santa Rosa's goalkeeper Bronson Rosenberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stan Petersen in the 33rd minute of play forced South Santa Rosa's goalkeeper Bronson Rosenberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Brendan Kaplan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Grady Clearwater, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 42 played minutes Cheraw got a freekick which was hit by Kent Miranda. In the 45th minute South Santa Rosa were awarded a corner. Lane Zuniga went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 48th minute of the match Dillon Paulson sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bronson Rosenberg skillfully saved the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Stan Petersen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 60 minutes into the match, Cheraw's goal looked a bit too open when Grady Clearwater came free, but Brendan Kaplan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60th minute, Ferdinand Murphy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Brendan Kaplan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Grady Clearwater, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Brendan Kaplan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Grady Clearwater, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alec Sosa hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. In the 81st minute, Stan Petersen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bronson Rosenberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Greg Carpenter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. South Santa Rosa's Greg Carpenter got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Grady Clearwater came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the South Santa Rosa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Grady Clearwater couldn't finish the play. In the 94th minute, Stan Petersen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpected shot in the 98th minute by Weston Watt got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The South Santa Rosa supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Cheraw's performance. The match ended with a win for Cheraw.
