Crestwood Village FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pooler AFC the free kick. In the 22nd match minute, Crestwood Village FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gordon Lowery to maneuver through the defense. Gordon Lowery hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Pooler AFC's Mel Vann couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 24th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Crestwood Village FC. In the 28th minute Shane Worthington shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stuart Geiger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stuart Geiger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pablo Blackburn, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Shane Worthington's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Stuart Geiger was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. In the 36th minute, Shane Worthington ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Stuart Geiger was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Stuart Geiger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Shane Worthington, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jonathan McKinnon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Clinton Pringle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Thad Connors tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stuart Geiger made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pablo Blackburn in the 64th minute. Thad Connors showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clinton Pringle, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. In the 70th minute, Gilberto Reeder got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Stuart Geiger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Shane Worthington in the 72nd minute of the match. In the 74thth minute of the game Jonathan McKinnon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Crestwood Village FC's Thad Connors was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Stuart Geiger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pablo Blackburn in the 75th minute of the match. 79 minutes into the game, Shane Worthington cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Stuart Geiger was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 83rd minute, Clinton Pringle ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Thad Connors was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. If Clinton Pringle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
