Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Robert Flint took the kick off in the first half of the match. 31 minutes into the match, Claypool's goal looked a bit too open when Robert Flint came free, but Basil Carey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Robert Flint managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo Madryn's supporters rose to their feet, but Robert Flint was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Basil Carey breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Robert Flint took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Basil Carey. Basil Carey dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Robert Flint took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Basil Carey. Basil Carey dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Robert Flint recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Claypool's Basil Carey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Flint in the 48th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Domenic Lester made a kick off. 57 minutes into the game, Claypool's Myles Charles nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Avram Macri made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. In the 60th minute, Robert Flint got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Robert Flint took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Basil Carey. Basil Carey dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. Robert Flint received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Basil Carey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Otis Myrick fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Claypool's protests and gave Otis Myrick a yellow card for diving instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domenic Lester in the 71st minute of play forced Deportivo Madryn's goalkeeper Avram Macri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Avram Macri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Domenic Lester in the 73rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Robert Flint got free with Basil Carey in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Robert Flint had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee gave Claypool a penalty, 98 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Theron Espinoza, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Deportivo Madryn's Avram Macri. 3-4. Deportivo Madryn played a much better game than Claypool and deserved their victory. The Claypool players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
