Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Keith McClain took the kick off in the first half of the match. 4 minutes into the game, Spencer Alston was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. North Hills's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Park Layne FC the free kick. In the 4th match minute, North Hills was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Spencer Alston to maneuver through the defense. Jerrod Lockhart made an important save on a dangerous shot by Terry Case in the 5th minute. A collision led to Park Layne FC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Blaine Shook hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, North Hills's Levi Triplett tried to score from far away in the 8th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 10th minute Ethan Blount shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Richard Bain saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ethan Blount received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Richard Bain tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arthur Chapman during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Arthur Chapman hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. An unexpected shot in the 26th minute by Terry Case got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 28th minute of the match Korey Hastings shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Richard Bain showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 29 played minutes Park Layne FC got a freekick which was hit by Denny Yu. Ethan Blount sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 31st minute Del Weathers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Richard Bain saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Terry Case fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jerrod Lockhart having to interfere. Richard Bain took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Del Weathers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Richard Bain showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arthur Chapman, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Del Weathers in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Richard Bain prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

In the 53rdth minute of the game Terry Case who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but North Hills's Jerrod Lockhart was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Terry Case in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jerrod Lockhart saved North Hills from getting behind. Richard Bain took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Del Weathers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 63rd minute, Ethan Blount left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The North Hills fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Terry Case sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 78th minute, Keith McClain made a precise shot to the right of Jerrod Lockhart. North Hills's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. A collision led to Park Layne FC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Blaine Shook hit a great ball. If Terry Case had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 88 played minutes North Hills got a freekick which was hit by Marquis Mack. Terry Case fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jerrod Lockhart having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Park Layne FC had won after a very even match.
