Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Sergio Walters made the kick off and thus started the match. Kristopher Vick struck a weak shot in the 2nd minute. Willis Dotson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hamlet FC. In the 6th minute Kristopher Vick shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Willis Dotson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 11th minute, Clark Kerns hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 12 minutes, Kristopher Vick managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hamlet FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kristopher Vick was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kristopher Vick received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Willis Dotson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Shaun Schulz came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Hamlet FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Shaun Schulz couldn't finish the play. Fernando Barrow showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sergio Walters, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Fernando Barrow stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Desmond Carroll's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. Shaun Schulz in the 27thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Willis Dotson, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Willis Dotson was a little too slow when Shaun Schulz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 31st minute. The score was now 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in District Heights's zone, Brady Pham stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Willis Dotson came out of the goal and Brady Pham tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Through an outstanding action, after 39 minutes, Willis Dotson successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Kristopher Vick blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Willis Dotson having to make a save. Shaun Schulz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sergio Walters received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Fernando Barrow tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 47 minutes into the match, Sergio Walters had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fernando Barrow. Hamlet FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sergio Walters was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

In the 54th minute Kristopher Vick shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Willis Dotson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 58th minute of the match Henry Fletcher shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Willis Dotson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 65 minutes into the match, District Heights's goal looked a bit too open when Kristopher Vick came free, but Willis Dotson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fernando Barrow stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sergio Walters's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. Fernando Barrow showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sergio Walters in the 71st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Hamlet FC's Brady Pham got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Shaun Schulz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Willis Dotson having to make a save. In the 79th minute, Kristopher Vick got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Desmond Carroll might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fernando Barrow. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Desmond Carroll ran back to his position shaking his head. Kristopher Vick charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kristopher Vick the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. If Shaun Schulz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fernando Barrow made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Desmond Carroll sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Brady Pham during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee felt a red card was in order, 98 minutes into the game, when Garry Quinones put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in Hamlet FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 97th minute. Penalty! Mark Torres shot the penalty kick right outside the post. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. District Heights walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
