Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Isaiah Maxwell kicked off to start the match. 1-0 became the score in the 3rd minute when Alfred Duarte elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 7 minutes into the match, New Port Richey AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Ismael Terry came free, but Wilber Moseley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 9th minute, New Port Richey AFC's Blair Major seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Blair Major the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of New Port Richey AFC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Blair Major had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 8 minutes into the game, one of New Port Richey AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 11th minute there was a penalty for Elma. Warner Henson stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Wilber Moseley. 1-1. 16 minutes into the match, New Port Richey AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Isaiah Maxwell came free, but Wilber Moseley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, New Port Richey AFC's Young Broussard got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Wallace Clement might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rod Bonner. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wallace Clement ran back to his position shaking his head. Wilber Moseley came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Elma's Louie Moser. But to his dismay, Louie Moser quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Isaiah Maxwell scored 1-3 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wilber Moseley, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 33 minutes, Wallace Clement managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. New Port Richey AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wallace Clement was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 39 minutes into the match, New Port Richey AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Ismael Terry came free, but Wilber Moseley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wilber Moseley took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Louie Moser, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. New Port Richey AFC's Wilber Moseley played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ismael Terry in the 46th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Wallace Clement made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th play minute Ismael Terry came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Wilber Moseley. 1-4. 60 minutes into the match, Elma's goal looked a bit too open when Mel Mason came free, but Rod Bonner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. New Port Richey AFC's Wilber Moseley played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaiah Maxwell in the 63rd minute of play. Isaiah Maxwell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilber Moseley having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Wallace Clement's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rod Bonner was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. After 72 minutes, Grant Pearce mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Elma and the New Port Richey AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 72nd minute, Grant Pearce hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Frank Cedillo might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rod Bonner. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Frank Cedillo ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of New Port Richey AFC booed when Elma was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Grant Pearce didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Frank Cedillo managed to get in a good position for a shot. New Port Richey AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Frank Cedillo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rod Bonner breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Wallace Clement fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rod Bonner having to interfere. In the 83rd minute, Wallace Clement got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 92nd minute, Isaiah Maxwell got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Elma walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
