Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Forrest Barrera made the kick off and thus started the match. Ronny Merritt kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Korey Vincent in the 12th minute of play forced New Ulm AFC's goalkeeper Dillon Beltran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 19 minutes, Korey Vincent managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Conneaut's supporters crossed their fingers, but Korey Vincent was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Korey Vincent had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 26 minutes, Ronny Merritt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. When Tyron Myers came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the New Ulm AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tyron Myers couldn't finish the play. In the 29th minute, Emmitt Booth ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dillon Beltran was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 33 minutes into the match, New Ulm AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Korey Vincent came free, but Dillon Beltran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th minute Forrest Barrera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but J.C. Mendoza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Korey Vincent sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 44thth minute of the game Emmitt Booth who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but New Ulm AFC's Dillon Beltran was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Emmitt Booth was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emmitt Booth in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dillon Beltran prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 53rd minute, Tanner Ezell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 61 minutes into the match, Conneaut's goal looked a bit too open when Forrest Barrera came free, but J.C. Mendoza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emmitt Booth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emmitt Booth recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dillon Beltran made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Korey Vincent sent off a good shot on target. Emmitt Booth struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Dillon Beltran didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Conneaut. If Korey Vincent had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Conneaut getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Emmitt Booth hit a great ball. In the 84th minute, Denis Burch hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Korey Vincent received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Dillon Beltran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Korey Vincent fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dillon Beltran having to interfere. Tyron Myers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without J.C. Mendoza having to interfere. J.C. Mendoza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tyron Myers in the 95th minute of the match. Conneaut's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
