Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Rossville's Desmond Mueller started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Rudy Brandon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Desmond Mueller in the 5th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Minnehaha AFC's Sterling McMullen slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of George Haney. That made the score 1-0 after 11 minutes of play. 19 minutes into the match, Rossville's goal looked a bit too open when Sterling McMullen came free, but George Haney reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. George Haney took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sterling McMullen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lewis Goodson got free with George Haney in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. George Haney was a little too slow when Lewis Goodson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 26th minute. The score was now 2-0. In the 29th minute, Desmond Mueller ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rudy Brandon was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Lewis Goodson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. George Haney tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Rossville getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Walker Hobbs hit a great ball. Marco Garcia, 35 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sterling McMullen in the 37th minute of play forced Rossville's goalkeeper George Haney to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Minnehaha AFC booed when Rossville was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Walker Hobbs didn't get a good kick on the ball. George Haney took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sterling McMullen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lewis Goodson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sterling McMullen was the one to do the kick off. George Haney showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sterling McMullen in the 52nd minute of the match. 53 minutes into the game, Sterling McMullen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. George Haney was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jacques Kramer during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Rossville booed when Minnehaha AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacques Kramer didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 59th minute Lewis Goodson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but George Haney saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Sterling McMullen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Minnehaha AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Sterling McMullen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. George Haney breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rudolph Dunham could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Rudy Brandon made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sterling McMullen in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg George Haney saved Rossville from getting behind. Rossville's George Haney played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sterling McMullen in the 83rd minute of play. If Sterling McMullen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. George Haney didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lewis Goodson went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Sterling McMullen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 99th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
