Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sylvester Childers started the match with the kick off. After having played for 5 minutes, Emilio Potter managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Carroll FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emilio Potter was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Carroll FC's goalkeeper Alberto McPherson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hank Medina in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alberto McPherson saved Carroll FC from getting behind. Emilio Potter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sylvester Childers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Stevie Evans tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wesley Summers in the 23rd minute of play forced Carroll FC's goalkeeper Alberto McPherson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alberto McPherson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hank Medina in the 28th minute of play. In the 32ndth minute of the game Sylvester Childers who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Egypt Lake's Stevie Evans was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Emilio Potter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stevie Evans having to interfere. If Sylvester Childers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hank Medina stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Egypt Lake's zone, Sylvester Childers stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stevie Evans came out of the goal and Sylvester Childers tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Stevie Evans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emilio Potter in the 59th minute of the match. Stevie Evans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sylvester Childers in the 62nd minute of play. With a little luck, Carroll FC's Alberto McPherson got control of the ball when Wesley Summers tried to sneak it across the goal line. Emilio Potter struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Stevie Evans didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Carroll FC. Wesley Summers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alberto McPherson having to interfere. Wesley Summers recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Wesley Summers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alberto McPherson having to interfere.
