Jared Cho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Spencer Zamora having to interfere. Jared Cho succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 26th playminute. In the 32nd minute of the match Bradly Crowell sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Scot Doran skillfully saved the ball. With his leg Spencer Zamora managed to avoid a goal in the 37thth minute, when Lynchburg's Jared Cho fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Jared Cho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Spencer Zamora tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tad Bernier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jarod Preston charged in rather forcefully in the 48th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jarod Preston the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 48th minute, Jarod Preston hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tad Bernier made a kick off. In the 54th minute Jared Cho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Spencer Zamora saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Spencer Zamora stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tad Bernier's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. In the 68thth minute of the game Tad Bernier who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Manvel Argentina Soccer's Spencer Zamora was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Jared Cho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tad Bernier in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Spencer Zamora prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tad Bernier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Spencer Zamora showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jared Cho, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. The Lynchburg fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. The supporters of Manvel Argentina Soccer booed when Lynchburg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brendan Randolph didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Berry Russo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Scot Doran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Murray Gibson, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tad Bernier in the 95th minute of play forced Manvel Argentina Soccer's goalkeeper Spencer Zamora to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
