Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Atherton FC's Jerome Thomason started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Toto's Pedro Patel got a free kick in the 2nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Octavio Bass in the 5th minute of play forced Atherton FC's goalkeeper Dudley Carbajal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Colby Comer hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Atherton FC's Dudley Carbajal got control of the ball when Alfred Whitfield tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pedro Patel's late challenge caught a Atherton FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pedro Patel helped the player get up and apologised. Laurence Benitez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Octavio Bass struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Dudley Carbajal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Toto. Octavio Bass fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dudley Carbajal having to interfere. Laurence Benitez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dudley Carbajal having to interfere. In the 26th minute Octavio Bass shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dudley Carbajal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 28th minute, Vito Boone made a precise shot to the right of Evan Daniels. Toto's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Evan Daniels made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jerome Thomason in the 32nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerome Thomason in the 33rd minute of play forced Toto's goalkeeper Evan Daniels to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 35 minutes into the match, Atherton FC's goalkeeper Dudley Carbajal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Laurence Benitez. If Laurence Benitez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 42 minutes into the match, Toto's Octavio Bass sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dudley Carbajal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jerome Thomason fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evan Daniels having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Octavio Bass made a kick off. Dudley Carbajal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Octavio Bass in the 52nd minute of the match. Wendell Ruff was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 57 minutes into the match. 57 minutes into the game, one of Atherton FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Toto a penalty, 59 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Alfred Whitfield, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Atherton FC's Dudley Carbajal. 2-1. Dudley Carbajal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Laurence Benitez, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Laurence Benitez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Derrick Barrera fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Atherton FC's protests and gave Derrick Barrera a yellow card for diving instead. In the 71st minute, Derrick Barrera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Filiberto Goldstein struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Dudley Carbajal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Toto. Laurence Benitez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Dudley Carbajal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vito Boone struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Evan Daniels didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atherton FC. A collision led to Toto getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Octavio Bass hit a great ball. After having played for 83 minutes, Colby Comer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atherton FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Colby Comer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Evan Daniels came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Atherton FC's Vito Boone. But to his dismay, Vito Boone quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. When the match had gone on for 95 minutes, Vito Boone put it in 2-3 from a short distance just to the right of Evan Daniels. The Toto supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Atherton FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Atherton FC.
