Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Theo Ulrich made the kick off which started today's match. Erik Gorman came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Woodcrest AFC's Arturo Negron. But to his dismay, Arturo Negron quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 7th minute of the match, Arturo Negron got a very nice opportunity to score, but Erik Gorman was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Sporting Olathe's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Quinn Woodruff 13 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. Erik Gorman made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Arturo Negron sent off a good shot on target. Quinn Woodruff received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Erik Gorman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rhett Leslie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moses Moses, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Tom Burke came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Sporting Olathe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tom Burke couldn't finish the play. Arturo Negron sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 27thth minute of the game Quinn Woodruff who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sporting Olathe's Erik Gorman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Quinn Woodruff had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Quinn Woodruff struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Erik Gorman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Woodcrest AFC. Quinn Woodruff sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arturo Negron could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Erik Gorman made a huge save.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Quinn Woodruff stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes, Quinn Woodruff mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Woodcrest AFC and the Sporting Olathe players grew even worse after the yellow card. Quinn Woodruff kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Arturo Negron sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Theo Ulrich during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Theo Ulrich's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rhett Leslie read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. In the 64th minute of the match Dwayne Matson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Erik Gorman showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Quinn Woodruff sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stanford Owen kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Erik Gorman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arturo Negron in the 78th minute of play. In the 79th minute, Quinn Woodruff ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Erik Gorman was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. The supporters of Woodcrest AFC booed when Sporting Olathe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Moses Moses didn't get a good kick on the ball. Woodcrest AFC's Scottie Ybarra couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 84th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Sporting Olathe. Ferdinand Newcomb sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Sporting Olathe's goalkeeper Erik Gorman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 93 minutes into the game, Moses Moses was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sporting Olathe's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Woodcrest AFC the free kick. In the 96th minute, Arturo Negron got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Woodcrest AFC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
