Douglas Loyd didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lewis Street went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. When Rudy Conner fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ARMENIAN 11's protests and gave Rudy Conner a yellow card for diving instead. In the 13th match minute, ARMENIAN 11 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rudy Conner to maneuver through the defense. ARMENIAN 11's Lloyd Villarreal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Scot Lancaster in the 15th minute of play. Lewis Street struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Douglas Loyd didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ARMENIAN 11. Lewis Streets short, quick shot in the 20thth minute got Douglas Loyd to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a rather tough play, Rockton's Scott Engel got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Gerald Barnett might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Douglas Loyd. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gerald Barnett ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 29 minutes, Scot Lancaster managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rockton's supporters crossed their fingers, but Scot Lancaster was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Everett Miller sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lewis Street struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. After having played for 46 minutes, Everett Miller managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rockton's supporters crossed their fingers, but Everett Miller was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 48th minute, Darryl Strickland hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 50 minutes into the game, Lewis Street cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Douglas Loyd was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

Darryl Strickland kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Douglas Loyd showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerald Barnett in the 66th minute of the match. 67 minutes into the match, Rockton's goal looked a bit too open when Gerald Barnett came free, but Douglas Loyd reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Everett Miller received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Lloyd Villarreal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 78th minute, Darryl Strickland hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 81 minutes into the game, Gerald Barnett cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Douglas Loyd was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 92nd minute Lewis Street shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Douglas Loyd saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gerald Barnett recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The ARMENIAN 11 fans cheered their team off the field, for while Rockton had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
