In the 23rd minute, Josh McCain got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 24 minutes into the match, Josh McCain had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Felipe Bloom. STOP Whining!'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Josh McCain was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. In the 33rd minute, Josh McCain left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Charlton FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Glen Akins to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Glen Akins in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Felipe Bloom prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
