The audience thought a goal was coming when Robby Kay got free with Jake Doty in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Robby Kay could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Jake Doty made a huge save. In the 32nd minute, Rupert Howard got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A hard shot 35 in the game by Robby Kay from a close distance when the talented Jake Doty managed to make a qualified save. DCS United's players were relieved. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ray Ragsdale stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Darby AFC's Max Landry played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ray Ragsdale in the 53rd minute of play. Jake Doty made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rupert Howard in the 54th minute of play. In the 57th minute, Ray Ragsdale reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Max Landry. The goal made the score 0-3. If Ray Ragsdale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tracy Burris could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Max Landry made a huge save. If Robby Kay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 66 minutes into the game, Rupert Howard cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Jake Doty was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Owen Black hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rupert Howard in the 81st minute of play forced DCS United's goalkeeper Jake Doty to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Max Landry made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tracy Burris in the 82nd minute. Alonso Felix kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. If Ray Ragsdale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. DCS United walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
