Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Adalberto Walden took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the match, Sapulpa FC's goal looked a bit too open when Denis Thomason came free, but Oscar Shook reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Virgilio James sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adalberto Walden in the 6th minute of play forced Elkhorn's goalkeeper Dirk Dubois to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Basil Yost kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. In the 14th minute, Benito Downey left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Elkhorn fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Tyrone Lopez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oscar Shook having to interfere. In the 20thth minute of the game Adalberto Walden who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Elkhorn's Dirk Dubois was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Elkhorn getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Jared Cody hit a great ball. Dirk Dubois didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 25th minute, which inside left pole to 2-1. Adalberto Walden sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 32 minutes, Len Coppack mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sapulpa FC and the Elkhorn players grew even worse after the yellow card. Len Coppack hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Elkhorn's goalkeeper Dirk Dubois, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Sapulpa FC's Van Buckley got a free kick in the 41st minute. Moises Huggins was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 42nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Adalberto Walden managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sapulpa FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Adalberto Walden was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dirk Dubois breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Curt Yang kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. 48 minutes into the match, Elkhorn's goalkeeper Dirk Dubois had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Virgilio James. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tyrone Lopez to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 56thth minute of the game Adalberto Walden who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Elkhorn's Dirk Dubois was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Adalberto Walden received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Dirk Dubois tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dirk Dubois showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Virgilio James, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. After having played for 62 minutes, Virgilio James managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sapulpa FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Virgilio James was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dirk Dubois stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adalberto Walden's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. Dirk Dubois made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adalberto Walden in the 68th minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, Sapulpa FC's Virgilio James sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dirk Dubois narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Van Buckley charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Van Buckley the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After having played for 83 minutes, Virgilio James managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sapulpa FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Virgilio James was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Elkhorn's zone, Virgilio James stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dirk Dubois came out of the goal and Virgilio James tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tyrone Lopez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oscar Shook having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Sapulpa FC's Len Coppack got a free kick in the 95th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Sapulpa FC had won after a very even match.
