Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Connor Reynolds made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 3rd minute, Wes Spicer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 4th minute of the match Hugo Nielsen shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Shaun Graves showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Shaun Graves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joey Zeigler in the 6th minute of the match. If Connor Reynolds had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Connor Reynolds had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Colin Bernard kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Connor Reynolds received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Shaun Graves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 25 minutes into the match, Connor Reynolds had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Shaun Graves. Imlay City's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Connor Reynolds was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The Massapequa fans' excitement grew in the 34th match minute when Massapequa's Napoleon Ulrich looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 42 minutes into the match, Imlay City's goal looked a bit too open when Connor Reynolds came free, but Shaun Graves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 44th minute Connor Reynolds shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Shaun Graves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Imlay City players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Massapequa were winning 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Raul Earl was the one to do the kick off. Raul Earl recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Napoleon Ulrich scored 0-4 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Shaun Graves, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Imlay City's Shaun Graves proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Imlay City from getting a goal against them. In the 61st match minute, Imlay City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joe Staton to maneuver through the defense. Shaun Graves stood somewhat misplaced when Napoleon Ulrich came free in front of goal and shot 0-5 to the left of him in the 62 minute. If Connor Reynolds had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Raul Earl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Werner Lundy during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Werner Lundy hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Imlay City's Shaun Graves proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Imlay City from getting a goal against them. Massapequa's Napoleon Ulrich got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Napoleon Ulrich managed to get in a good position for a shot. Massapequa's supporters rose to their feet, but Napoleon Ulrich was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Shaun Graves breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Massapequa's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
